THE POPEYE is the best of both worlds, a green protein smoothie with a chocolate hit from the tasty addition of cacao nibs. Not only is it giving you a strength hit and the good kinds of unsaturated fats from the Hazelnuts, but with spinach thrown in the mix is a healthy dose of folate, magnesium and calcium.

LEVEL 1 pea protein isolate

LEVEL 2 whey or pea protein isolate + pepitas + flaxseeds
